Digital Operations Apprentice

VITEC might just have the opportunity for you. We are looking for an Apprentice to join our fantastic friendly team in our Dalgety Bay office.  

The Customer Operations Apprentice position offers on the job learning that enables you to gain practical skills, experience and knowledge. VITEC apprenticeships are fully supported by QA – A recognised UK based Training provider.

This role supports the Customer Operations Team with the processing of customer sales orders from receipt of customer Purchase Order (PO) through to releasing the order for shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the processing of customer sales orders from receipt of customer PO through to releasing the order for shipping. This involves, but is not restricted to:
  • Becoming an expert user on Salesforce and Epicor
  • Providing digital support on Salesforce and Epicor for the Customer Operations Team
  • Issuing of Service Level Agreements (SLA) Contracts via Epicor and tracking that these are completed to the timescale set
  • Following up and monitoring returns of loans and Return Material Authorisation’s (RMA)
  • Processing and issuing of customer Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and logging records on Epicor
  • Updating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) trackers using MS Excel
  • Checking data and providing operational support to the Support Plan Manager

And any other appropriate tasks as required.

Qualifications:
This is an entry level position and whilst there are no specific qualifications required, the successful candidate must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal qualities with a pragmatic approach to learning.

Enrollments in relevant training courses with QA during the one-year apprenticeship is expected and full support and guidance will be provided.

Salary: 
£15,000 per annum.

Working week:
Monday - Friday, 
9:00am - 5:00pm, 
37.5 hours a week.
