Digital Support Apprentice

Clancys Solicitors are a well-established solicitors and estate agents based within Edinburgh. They have been buying and selling homes in and around Edinburgh for over 40 years and are one of the longest standing members of the ESPC.

They are looking for up to two motivated individuals to join their growing team as Digital Support Apprentices. The role will give the successful candidate a wide insight into the business with scope to pick up exciting responsibilities as they progress through their learning.

Responsibilities:

  • First response to all incoming enquiries / tickets, triaging and escalating these where necessary.
  • Respond to all requests on businesses bespoke software called BDP Estate Agency, a cloud based platform used for logging viewing enquiries and updating the status on a property.
  • Work towards becoming a super user of CRM system called Lawware enterprise to manage and update client files.
  • Using Amacus system for anti-money laundering checks and obtaining client ID for on their onboarding to the system.
  • Working collaboratively with legal team to maintain an organised calendar on Outlook.
  • Using One Drive to work collaboratively with the legal team to assist in the preparation of legal documents as required.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems ensuring all documents are accurately filed.

  • Good time keeping skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn.

Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
