Heirloom Fair Legal is a provider of legal financing focused on UK individual and small business consumer protection claims. We use data and technology to bring efficiency, quality and risk mitigation to legal finance operations. Backed by a family office and a strong internal capital base, our team has over 20 years of experience in legal, technology, and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Design on-brand graphics and assets using Canva for use on social media, the website, and in campaigns.
- Help set up and monitor paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms (training provided).
- Assist with updating the WordPress site, including posting blog content and landing page tweaks.
- Help track and compile performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages and help grow our social following.
- Support SEO tasks such as keyword research, metadata updates, and basic performance monitoring.
Desirable skills:
- Some familiarity with digital platforms like Google Ads, WordPress, or email marketing tools is a bonus.
- Some real-world experience managing social media accounts (e.g., for a brand, university society, personal project, or freelance client).
- Passionate about digital marketing and storytelling.
- Comfortable using (or eager to learn) Canva and basic scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- A good eye for visual consistency and branding.
- Curious and analytical mindset—interested in what content works and why.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
