Responsibilities:
- Delivery of high quality customer service and IT support to all internal employees
- Resolving tickets that come into the service desk (installing software, setting up laptops, troubleshooting user issues)
- Working as part of the IT team to ensure our network and infrastructure remains operational and our staff can be productive
- Providing in-office IT support to the Manchester studio
- Active Directory account administration
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Administration of Windows 10 and 11
- Printer troubleshooting and assistance

- Work as a team player, particularly in communicating and supporting other team members
- You are customer focussed, expressed through admirable interpersonal skills

- You keep up to date with latest technology developments, and will help leverage improved capabilities for our organisation

Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

It could be charity work, helping at a community centre, getting involved with a community project, or working in a school. It could also be an overseas charity that you have ties with. Rather than taking leave from your annual holiday entitlement you can take a certain amount of paid ‘Volunteering Leave’ per annum
