Overview:
Nine Twenty Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to support our Founder and the rest of the team.

What’s Involved?

• Input and maintain all relevant client or candidate information into our internal system Firefish Database. 
• Using Word and Firefish to collaboratively to format and upload CV’s. 
• Collaborating with other teams and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.
• Build directors diaries through Outlook - using all digital platforms such as Linkedin. 
• Handling incoming calls - capturing enquiries from both clients and candidates onto Firefish. 
• Sending out business terms and conditions to new clients. 
• Sending Mailshots through outlook to attract new candidates. 
• Helping to arrange business events such as team building exercises and Christmas events -business support. 

What do they need from you? 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. 
• High attention to detail. 
• Great organisation skills and willing to learn. 

Salary: £18,500 per annum.

Working week: 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Future Prospects:
Upon successsful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a full time role. 
90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
