Digital Facilities Apprentice

Overview:

As a Digital Facilities Apprentice you will be working within the facilities team. Reporting into the Facilities Manager you will provide support to the wider office team to help maintain the seamless day to day running of the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for daily monitoring of the shared inbox and responding to ticket requests from fee earners within the business ensuring all incoming items/jobs are allocated and communicated within a timely manner. Requests can include collect, print and process outgoing mail, processing documents, scanning and filing.
  • You will be a systems expert in I Manage which you will use to scan and save documents by requested fee earners along with dealing with incoming deliveries to be scanned, saved and processed.
  • You will become proficient in Condeco our scheduling and management platform where you will book meeting rooms or business stakeholders and desk bookings.
  • Use of collaborative technology such as Teams which is a communication tool used for meetings with internal Burness Paull staff to update them on job requests.
  • You will use Microsoft Outlook to communicate with wider business teams and respond to job requests and provide updates.
  • Assisting IT in ensuring that all meeting AV systems are operating correctly and assisting to rectify any issues.
  • Supporting of room set ups which will include any IT, AV and Business kit requirements, in communication with the facilities manager/Printroom supervisor/Front of House to ensure all aspects are ready and available when needed.
  • Deal with any office maintenance issues and escalating to facilities manager and communicating/updating personnel.

Salary: £22,932 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
