Vacancy Description:
- You will be a key member of the team with responsibility for maintaining delivery of regular reports, supporting your HR colleagues and the wider Quilter business.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders both within HR and the wider business to support HR initiatives and Adhoc requests.
- You will spend significant time using Microsoft Excel and our HR system (Workday) and as such will be provided with suitable training, support and freedom to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- You will have the opportunity to be innovative and have a voice in how we shape the reporting we distribute, create efficiencies to current processes, or enhance the accuracy of the reporting we deliver.
- You will have the autonomy to shape your workload and make decisions that are aligned to the direction and goals of the team.
Personal Qualities:
- You will be a curious individual with an interest in problem solving and willingness to learn.
- You will be comfortable in both teamwork and independent work situations, with an ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
- You will have active knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a desire to enhance your existing skills.
- You will have a passion for self-development and be able to meet any apprenticeship milestones
- You will have finished your studies before the role start date.
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
