Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing apprentice to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, creativity, and storytelling. You will play a key role in capturing the essence of Leeds through engaging visuals and videos, where full training will be given.  

Main Duties will involve the following: 

• Capture stunning visuals and footage showcasing the diverse attractions, events, and culture of Leeds.
• Assist in planning and executing content shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Edit and curate content to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and TikTok features to optimize our content strategy.
•  Engage with our community, responding to comments and fostering a positive online presence.
• Contribute ideas and insights to refine our content strategy and storytelling techniques.
• Assist with the broader marketing efforts of our supporting businesses (Off The Shelf and Logical Resources FMCG).

What we are looking for: 
The ideal candidate will have the below personal skills and qualities:

• A passion for social media, digital marketing, and creating captivating content.
• An understanding of TikTok and familiarity with social media platforms, but full training will be given.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
• Familiarity with Leeds and its attractions is a plus.
• Eager to learn

Essential: 

• Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle is required - as the role involves travel. 

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
