Due to continued success an amazing opportunity has become available for a motivated person to join Taskmaster Resources as their apprentice.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidates
- Learning to use ‘Profile’ – our CRM system- to upload applications, and completed reference checks
- Designing marketing mailers on Canva and distributing them with Outlook
- Working on our social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram
- Making timesheets through Microsoft 365 package and inputting payroll and holidays onto “Profile”
- Selecting candidates using CRM and contacting them via Outlook
- Answering the phone to clients, taking detailed notes and logging client information onto the CRM system
Required skills:
- Excellent computer skills – these will be enhanced with your apprenticeship training
- Take pride in your work and enjoy being organised
- Be able to speak to different people and build relationships
- The ability to think for yourself and enjoy solving problems
Salary:
- With an excellent starting apprentice salary of £18,000 per annum and regular reviews based on performance this is a role that is not to be missed. After successful completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress up to a £25,000 salary.
Working hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm, Friday 8am-5pm – one hour for lunch
