We’re looking for a Digital Support Apprentice.

Be the go-to Person: 
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in person, via email, and on the phone. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between clients, management, and the supply chain.

Location: 42 Dryden Road, Bilston Industrial Estate, Loanhead, Midlothian, EH20 9LZ

Tech-Savvy Tasks: 

• Get hands-on with our job booking system, Concept. You’ll log jobs, raise purchase orders, and become a superuser by the end of your apprenticeship.

Problem-Solving Pro: 

• Provide digital support to Accounts Payable, resolving supplier invoice queries and ensuring the invoicing process runs like clockwork.

Project Powerhouse: 

• Support the project team through estimating and tender processes, helping to deliver maintenance projects across the estate.

Efficiency Expert: 

• Work proactively to reduce the current level and aging of delegated contract’s work-in-progress (WIP) and chase supplier invoices to ensure timely invoicing.

What you will bring to the table:

• PC skills – although these will be taught during your apprenticeship. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent communication skills. 

Salary:
£18,000 per annum.

Working week: 5 days a week, 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours a week.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
