We are looking for a passionate and driven Administrator to join our thriving team in Paisley.

In this role, you'll ensure healthcare workers remain compliant, making compliance easier for our clients and their candidates.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Be a first point of contact for customers, handling queries and escalating issues.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, using Microsoft Teams to Liase internally.
• Provide technical support to clients and service users.
• Use our Hubspot CRM.
• Organise and manage electronic data, documents, and computer-based information on EDMS.
• Utilise various software packages (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) to produce documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Gain expert knowledge of the industry and HB Group's offerings.
• Innovate and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.

One-year customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Working week:
9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. 
35hrs a week.

Salary: 
£17,888 per annum.

They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
