Vacancy Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing projects within the Greengage ecosystem, including assisting with Greengage Solutions client systems where required. The successful candidate will be an experienced developer with strong coding skills and a keen eye for best practices, data integrity, and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality coding standards.
- Implement design plans and execute assigned development tasks.
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- Manage and maintain release pipelines across various projects.
- Maintain and enhance system integrations to ensure integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing meaningful feedback and support.
- Document processes and maintain clear product documentation.
Desirable Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of software development principles and technologies.
- Strong coding experience, particularly in C# and Java.
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Visualforce.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Open, transparent, and inclusive mindset.
Entry Requirements:
- The learner must have completed a Level 3 Software Development Apprenticeship with QA or have an equivalent qualification with another training provider
- OR an A-level in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) subject and a successful completion of our aptitude test
- OR a BTEC Diploma in IT and a successful completion of our aptitude test
- OR 2 years’ experience in a relevant role and successful completion of our aptitude test
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
