Sales Admin Apprentice

Initial Incentives are a dynamic, fast-growing company in the branded merchandise industry, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Admin Apprentice to join our team.

The successful candidate will report to one of our Senior Account Managers and will support all the sales team in achieving their targets by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling data to assist the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer and supplier records in Initial’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide support as needed
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation including product data
  • Ad hoc projects requested by senior sales team

Successful applicants will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Entry Requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
 
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
