Marketing Assistant Apprentice

On behalf of Inspire ATA, LAND, a business of AMETEK, has been a global leader in industrial infrared temperature measurement for over 75 years, offering highly accurate and reliable solutions such as pyrometers, line scanners and thermal imaging systems.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant Apprentice to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. You’ll be working closely with the marketing team to support our campaigns and branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Support the team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Lead handling: Manage and monitor incoming sales leads whilst providing timely responses and supporting the national and international sales teams.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our website, printed literature, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in growing our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
  • Event Support: Provide support in organising and promoting events, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Education and Training: Assist with developing internal training videos on our products and services
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.

Desirable skills: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Any history with Adobe products is preferred but training will be provided.
  • Enthusiasm.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Passionate about marketing.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
