Job Overview: We are now seeking an Apprentice IT Helpdesk Technician to join our Motherwell office. If you have a keen interest in IT, perhaps with qualifications from school or college in a relevant subject, and a robust outlook on life with a determination to carve out a career in this industry, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone or helpdesk portal.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Install and update software.
  • Remotely access and troubleshoot hardware or software.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Regularly deploy new hardware, including Windows laptops, iPads, and iPhones.

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum, which can rise to £24,000 per annum.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (39 hours per week).
