Digital Systems Apprentice

Envision Electrics is a well-established electrical contracting firm established in 2018, based in Glasgow and covering the central belt of Scotland. They specialise in delivering high-quality electrical solutions in the commercial and domestic sector. The company are now looking for a an apprentice to join their business.

Overview: 
You will become part of a small 2-person office team and become a vital part of the success of the business, managing all digital and administration aspects of the company. 
Whilst gaining impeccable on the job learning, you will also be working towards your Digital Apprenticeship with QA.

Responsibilities:

  • You will become a key digital support staff member, for all staff & clients, working collaboratively across your network. This will include arranging and booking jobs, updating online diaries via Tradify system.
  • Train and become a super user of our finance system Sage, to help produce invoices and payments.
  • You will be proficient in all the Microsoft Office & Sharepoint. Using this suite, you will contribute to reporting for incoming client files, preparing relevant documentation, generating client specific reports and invoicing.
  • Become a super user in Tradify over the duration of your apprenticeship, leading to an expert level of knowledge which you will be required to share with other end users across the organisation.
  • Manage and monitor the share email box.

Working week: 
40hrs a week.
Enjoy a Monday – Friday role, working from 8:30am to 5:30pm.  

Salary:
£13,312 per annum.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
