Job Responsibilities Include:
Support to the Commercial Team by gathering and cleansing data from a variety of sources to help create quotes, orders, procurement, logistics
Management of opportunities in HybrIT’s CRM tool set and ensuring data is correct across each platform
Communication with clients and assisting the sales operation process
Liaise with Accounts department regarding orders and billing activities
Understanding and learning about new products and solutions
Gathering client data from multiple internal sources to build reports and create visualisation for multiple departments
Successful candidates will have:
Customer service experience including direct contact
Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
Understanding of MS office (Excel and Word)
Previous customer service experience (beneficial)
A keen interest in IT and technology
Ability to work in a team but also take personal pride in designated tasks
Entry Requirements:
3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
