What You'll Do:

• Contract Management: Help prepare, review, and manage contracts using Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook). Keep accurate records and assist with amendments and renewals.
• Project Coordination: Track project deliverables and deadlines using Microsoft Excel. Become an expert in BigChange software to support job planning and coordination.
• Problem Solving: Monitor project progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Reporting: Prepare and share reports, updates, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and Word. Respond to queries related to contracts and project planning.

Finance:

• Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and assigning purchase orders to jobs/projects using Xero.
• Invoice Processing: Support the Finance Team with supplier and customer invoices using Hubdoc and Xero.

What We're Looking For:

• Numeracy skills: Good with numbers.

Salary: £18,000 per annum. 

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
