Case Handler Apprentice (35948)

The case handler apprentice will be responsible for the processing of information, ensuring the data is accurate, so that individuals have a smooth experience. 


The role will entail making outbound calls, so customer service is key. 

  

Full training will be provided for the role, as well as on-going support.


A normal day would include:


• Updating the system with accurate notes

• Providing an excellent experience

• Ensuring written correspondence is completed using the correct spelling and grammar 

• Being a team player and displaying a positive attitude towards team work, team members and callers
