What’s in it for me?

Over the period of 3 years, you will be working towards your Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship Level 6, with our partner Arden University, alongside building your knowledge, skills, and behaviours in a specific business area.

You will be engaging with stakeholders at various levels including Operational Managers, Site Managers, CAG employees and our customers.

You will receive tailored support and guidance from a mentor throughout the programme and you will be part of a larger cohort of graduates in other business areas, with this community providing a great source of insight and experience you can draw on.

Skills you’ll learn

Our Business Management Degree Apprenticeship Programme is about supporting and developing new talent. We are focussed on developing skills and encouraging fresh thinking so that our business and people grow together.

  • Study subjects such as project management techniques, developing personal and management skills and business analytics.
  • Apply the communication, strategy and leadership skills learnt through your studies during your on-the-job experience, rotating across different Constellation companies, departments, and projects. This could include working within the People Team (HR), Group Technology, EV, Marketing, Business Efficiency, Sales, Customer Service, Operations or Logistics.
  • Own and deliver work-based projects designed to meet our business needs as you grow on your journey with us.
  • Develop soft skills such as emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.

How will I be assessed?

Once you apply online, we will review your CV and experience. If it feels like a good fit, you will be invited to a video interview to answer some questions about you and why you have applied for this scheme – it is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and find out what you know about us.

Candidates who are shortlisted after the video interview will have a virtual interview, and then they will be invited to come along to an Assessment Centre at one of our sites (with expenses refunded). This is an opportunity to meet some of the team, including past and current apprentices. It will also give you a good insight into life at Constellation Automotive Group. This is a fun day, and you will learn a little about yourself, too!

What qualifications and skillset do I need?

  • GCSEs in English and Maths graded 4 or above (essential)
  • 3 x A-Levels at B grade or above (essential)
