Business Administration Apprentice (35833)

As the first point of contact for customers accessing Disabled Living's training and development services, you will ensure the efficient provision of administrative support to the charity. 

Key Responsibilities: Support the team in the following:

• Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organization

• Enhance service development

• Record training requests and take appropriate actions to maintain efficient systems

• Produce training documents, course materials, and advertising materials, ensuring high quality and adequate stock levels

• Offer general support

• Support the contribution to service delivery at 'off-site' locations, including Redbank House in Manchester

• Collate statistical data and actively contribute to Disabled Living's social media presence and website development

• Support colleagues in new project development and implementation
