Customer Service Apprentice (35923)

UK Business Supplies Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who wishes to work in customer service. You will need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.


A normal day would include: 


Speaking to customers on the phone trying to assist them with the issue. An order may have been lost or not arrived yet and we would ask that you work through our company processes to assist and the resolve the query. 


• Resolve queries made by customers regarding their orders.

• Provide administrative support other office staff.

• Process customer orders.

• File and retrieve information and documents.

• Answering the main line telephone

• Providing cover for other sales staff

• Any other administrative duties as assigned by your line manager


What you could go on to do

Once Apprenticeship is completed a full time position will await within our business.
