This job will give you the experience you need to work in the catering industry, and your skills will be in high demand in the future. We offer a menu packed full of mouth-watering dishes and daily specials. Our meals are cooked to order and prepared from fresh seasonal produce to create a variety of tempting dishes.

Hours9 am-3 pm & 4 pm-10 pm, 4 days per week. Will work alternative weekends. 24-30 hours on site plus 6 hours of training at college. 30 hours a week

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Preparing fresh food
Stock Rotation
Learning to produce food under the pressure of orders
Working in a fast-paced kitchen
Learning how to create new dishes
