Are you a school leaver looking to begin a career in construction? EPC Stone & Ceramics, a Tier 1 Trade Contractor, is seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Project Managers.
What You’ll Do:
In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project management, including:
Estimating: Be involved in pricing projects from the earliest stage.
Surveying: Help run a project by managing finances, materials and any variations.
Procurement: Get involved in purchasing necessary materials and managing suppliers.
Design (CAD): Develop basic skills in computer-aided design to assist with project drawings. (Previous experience is a plus, but not required).
Management: Support the team in overseeing project timelines and deliverables.
Everyday Construction Tasks: Engage in practical tasks on-site to understand the building process.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and sociable individual with:
A basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, to assist with project tracking and reporting.
A team-oriented mindset and a strong desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
A familiarity with architectural drawings or CAD is beneficial, but not essential.
