Using NMITE's distinctive model of education, you'll be immersed in project-based learning, with extensive industry and community engagement, including a 12-week work placement. The option of a Foundation Year is available for applicants who do not meet the entry requirements for this technical degree but are passionate about becoming a future built environment professional.


Applications for the Foundation Year leading into our BSc (Hons) Construction Management are still open until 3 November – with reduced fees available.

This route is ideal if you don’t have the traditional entry qualifications or if you’d like extra preparation before starting your degree. You’ll gain the academic skills and confidence to thrive – and then progress directly into our hands-on Construction Management programme.
