Speaker Programme Data Apprentice

Salary - £16,000 to £23,400 per annum, dependant on experience at employers’ discretion

Key Duties:

Speaker Programme Management and Administration

  • Collaborate with the Speaker Programme Manager to manage and accurately record speaker bookings for Vistage groups, providing data-driven insights and support to ensure effective scheduling.
  • Monitor and report on speaker performance through data analysis to ensure value delivery for Vistage members, using KPIs and performance metrics.
    Data-Driven Speaker Performance Tracking and Improvement
  • Maintain detailed records of speaker performance, tracking key data points such as engagement, attendance, and feedback scores and regularly analyse speaker ESS (Evaluation Scoring System) data to report on poor or exceptional performance, providing actionable insights to improve speaker quality.
  • Support ongoing speaker performance evaluations and feedback processes, providing data to help improve speaker content and delivery.
    New Speaker Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Analyse incoming speaker profiles to prioritise speakers that cover in-demand or emerging topics based on data trends and member needs.
  • Collaborate with the Speaker Programme Manager to ensure new speakers are secured, booked, and onboarded efficiently, meeting Vistage’s high benchmarks for both content and delivery whilst working with speakers to generate valuable content, using data to determine what formats are most impactful for members and Chairs.
  • Conduct regular content audits and ensure speaker materials are updated, using data insights to recommend necessary revisions to maintain relevance.
    Other Duties:
  • Participate in team meetings, prepare status reports, dashboards, and contribute to project teams as required, ensuring all data is accurately reported and utilised to inform decision-making.

Personal Qualities:

  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in speaker programmes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Able to assess speaker performance and programme success using various data points, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, Matrix, Salesforce, and other data management platforms.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, speakers, and Chairs, providing data insights and programme updates.
  • Team Player and Independent Worker: Ability to collaborate within a team and work autonomously, while managing complex projects and data-driven initiatives.

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Future Prospects: 

  • 90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.  Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
