Salary
You will be paid up to £56 per week and receive a lunch allowance of £3.90 per day. Fully reimbursed travel costs.

At COPA we run a programme which could be for you. JGW+ is designed to help you get job ready. You’ll get support tailored to help you reach your full potential. We’ll help you to find a suitable work placement, which will allow you to progress into your chosen career and could lead to an Apprenticeship! And, you’ll earn while you learn.
You’ll have access to mentoring, advice, training, work tasters, placements and job opportunities. There are two course options available to you if you’re in North Wales:
Work skills:
This is for you if you’re struggling to decide on a career path. We’ll help you to understand your options and support you in overcoming barriers to employment. You’ll be supported to find a suitable work placement. You’ll get qualifications and gain work experience.
Military training:
If you’re interested in joining the military, this course is for you. Our Military Training programme is designed to give you a head start on your military application. We’ll provide genuine insight into what it is like to join the military and help your development by offering interview coaching, CV workshops, communications and presentation skills. You’ll work on your fitness, navigation and first aid. We work closely with members of the military to give you the best possible start to a career in the military.
