Overview:
The IT Operations Apprentice will provide basic technical support to Foundation staff, focusing on customer service and assisting with day-to-day IT queries.

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

Working hours:
37.5 hours per week. The role involves working in the office approximately two days per week, with office hours from 9am to 5:30pm.
