The Infinigate UK Cloud Sales team is responsible for driving the recruitment, activation and ongoing management of Infinigate Partners (our reseller channel) along with supporting their growth through sales and technical enablement, delivering the associated revenue and profit growth, partner satisfaction and team targets. The team is responsible for owning the overall business relationship with our partners and is the main “face” of the business.
Overview:
The apprentices will essentially be our generative AI Sales Specialist or Copilot specialists if you want to use the Microsoft naming conventions. The role will comprise of three elements:
Reporting: Generating and managing reports daily to ensure the department have a deep understanding of opportunities. It will then be their roles to proactively reach out via email to our existing customers to make them aware of programs we have to help
Customer: The specialists will be required to run regular webinars and/or customer demos to showcase how AI can be used to increase productivity. Essentially the apprentices will become the Infinigate inhouse AI experts! They will also be faced with a basic technical knowledge from customers on how they product can be used and/or how it works.
Marketing: The apprentices will work with Marketing to develop campaigns and social content aimed at showing how Infinigate can help partners and customers with generative AI.
You will have the responsibility of executing the sales enablement and “build-with” strategy for native Microsoft and 3rd party security vendor services. The role is to be a Microsoft specialist throughout the UK&I business. You will contribute to the overall success of the Infinigate UK&I Partner Team and the attainment of team sales targets, through increasing the number of partners engaging with Infinigate, the frequency of orders and the overall value of solutions sold. You will operate to promote programs, Microsoft updates and promotions between Sales and Marketing out to partners and the internal Infinigate teams.

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
