  • Working alongside experienced technicians on IT projects.
  • Using AI-powered tools to streamline support processes and explore new ways of working.

Desirable skills:

  • A genuine interest in technology, computers, or how things work.
  • Good communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Someone who’s reliable, punctual, and organised.
  • A team player who enjoys helping others.
  • Confidence to ask questions and try new things.
  • No previous experience needed — just a willingness to learn and a positive mindset.

This role is perfect for someone who’s enthusiastic, eager to learn, has a friendly and helpful attitude and excited about working in tech.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
