Digital Support Apprentice

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Support Apprentice who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, people centric environment. You will be based in the Paisley office site but may be required to provide support across the wider business. You will have regular contact with the Sheriff’s Officers and Finance for escalating wider queries but will be the main point of contact for client services. The jobholder will contribute to the continuous development through flexibility, and adaptability to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • You will become a key digital support staff member, for all staff, sheriff officers and clients, working collaboratively across this network. This will include processing standard requests, problem solving to investigate issues, as well as reviewing site functionality.
  • In this role you will become an expert user in Power9 their finance reporting system and CaseFlow their case management system. You will have an advanced level of access to reconcile customer account balances, provide information requests, and investigate issues and queries.
  • You will work collaboratively across teams being the first point of contact to support others in the organisation to understand specific features of these packages, and how to use them for record keeping, finance requirements and case support.
  • You will be given access to Microsoft SharePoint, allowing you to manage and support requests, relating to project and training reports.
  • You will become a super user in both CaseFlow and Power9, over the duration of your apprenticeship, leading to an expert level of knowledge which you will be required to share with other end users across the organisation.
  • You will utilise all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite to an expert level. Using this suite, you will contribute to reporting for incoming client files, preparing legal documentation, generating client specific reports and invoicing.

Salary: £13,741 per annum.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Future prospects:

Potential for a permanent role to be offered at the end of the 12 month FTC depending on the position of the department and the attitude of candidate.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
