Customer Service Apprenticeship

What does a Customer Service apprentice do?

Customer Service is at the heart of every part of a retailer’s business. If you are looking for a good entry level route into customer service, then this apprenticeship is for you. Apprentices build a good level of knowledge and skills in all areas of Retailer (dealership) activity which is why they offer so much potential.

You’ll be part of a team delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. You’ll be communicating and listening, building rapport and understanding our customers’requirements.

Example tasks:

  • You’ll welcome and greet customers to your Centre and ensure their experience is second to none
  • You’ll assist with general showroom activities, be comfortable with the digital showroom, keep data up to date, help manage calls
  • You’ll assist the customer with understanding our unique in-car technology
  • You’ll also get involved with activities that raise the profile of our Centre, promoting the Toyota and Lexus brands and attracting new customers e.g. events and social media.
