We’re looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Vehicle Technician to join our team and gain valuable skills while working on a wide range of vehicles.
As a Trainee Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet. You’ll actively participate in the repair and maintenance of HGVs, LGVs, low loaders, sweepers, and more, keeping them in top condition for operational use.

Role Responsibility
In this role, you will:
Perform basic maintenance and inspections of various vehicles, including HGVs, LGVs, sweepers, and low loaders.
Assist in ensuring vehicles meet required standards for safe operational use.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Contribute to fostering a culture of Health and Safety excellence, role modelling safe behaviours.
Take pride in your work, demonstrating determination and a commitment to high standards.
Attend college to complete your Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Qualification, building a strong foundation for your career.

Educational Requirements
GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) in both English and Maths.
OR Level 2 in English and Maths (or Level 1 with a commitment to achieving Level 2 during the apprenticeship).
