APPRENTICESHIP SUMMARY

The individual will be well organised and have a high level of attention to detail as he/she/it will be assisting to produce pre- production documents such as call sheets, risk assessments and treatments for corporate film making activities as well as reconciling budgets and helping to come up with ideas for pitches.Responsibilities:Working between Director / Production Department to organise jobs using Trello

  • Making sure production department have everything they need to manage an edit as efficiently as possible
  • Monitoring the progress of jobs and reporting any ways to improve
  • Gathering timesheets and reconciling the amount of time the editors have spend on each job with the budget
  • Making sure all parties are adopting / using the systems in place and sharing data or information on how all parties are performing
  • Bringing ideas and trends around tech / products that might help
  • Pre production tasks  work including creating call sheets, consent forms, contacting freelancers and keeping contact details up to date and posting casting jobs for film productions
  • Monitoring and evaluation of archiving working with the production team


Skills

  • Highly organised and consistent in approach to gathering and storing information
  • Basic word and excel
  • Happy to talk on the phone and face to face and ZOOM
  • Good standard of written English
  • Thorough and detail orientated
  • Be able to demonstrate good initiative
  • Good time management
