I chose my Apprenticeship with Baxter Storey because it was an exciting opportunity to be working in a business that treated you like a team member. As part of the training team I have my individual tasks like dealing with training logins and answering calls with basic enquiries, but also that the support is there within my team that I can ask if I have any problems. So it really appealed to me that I have my own work, but I know that if I need the support I can ask without hesitation.
