MORE INFORMATIONThis new and revolutionary MA in partnership withDe Montfort Universityprovides participants with acritical understandingof the role that production practices play in theinternational marketplace for film, and equips students with theskillsandexperienceto work in the film and High-end TV (HETV) sectors either in theUK or further afield. On completion of the course, students will have gained key skills as creative filmmakers, as well as being able to analyse the broad scope of opportunities available within the Film Industry.Students will be taught by professionals from a variety of disciplines within film production at Pinewood Studios. Students are introduced to roles such as:Script Doctor, Producer, Director, DOP, Sound Mixer, 1stAD, Locations Manager, Production Designer, Script Supervisor, Production Accountant & Financial Controller, Casting Director, among other areas such as International Film Festivals and Distributors, with views of producing 2 high-standard short film at the end of the degree.
