Holts Academy is set to train up to 2,000 TK Maxx associates in retail jewellery skills from September onwards.
Using the exclusive Diploma in Jewellery Retail qualification developed by the Academy with employers throughout the jewellery industry, TK Maxx associates will receive training in selling high quality jewellery and watches over an intensive period followed up by in-store and secret shopper assessments.
Two hundred associates will be trained in August and October as TK Maxx launches its new jewellery counters in 15 stores across the country. A further 450 associates will be trained in early 2014 across the UK , Poland, Germany and Ireland.
