• Level 2 Diploma Apprenticeship in Kitchen Services

This intermediate qualification will give any trainee a solid grounding for working in the kitchen. It is ideally suited for people new to a kitchen environment and where the menu is set to a brand standard.

• Level 2 Diploma Apprenticeship in Food and Beverage Service

This all-round qualification is great for supporting those who love to multi-task, flitting between the kitchen and behind the bar!

• Level 2 BII Apprenticeship in Licensed Hospitality

This innovative qualification was developed in 2012 with industry employers. It provides the essential qualifications and training for both new starters and ambitious people looking to progress further in the industry. It is ideally suited to barpersons, assistant managers, waiting staff and kitchen staff.

• Level 3 Diploma Apprenticeship in Management

This professional qualification will greatly improve your leadership skills and give you a better understanding of how to manage people and a business effectively.

• Level 3 Diploma Apprenticeship in Customer Service

This confidence building qualification is an excellent choice if you are interested in dealing with customers and the general public and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction in business.
