The Sainsbury’s Trainee Manager Programme is a fantastic opportunity to get a head start in the world of work.
Studying doesn’t suit everyone, but if you have at least two A-Level passes or equivalent, this is your chance to learn about retail, earn a great salary and develop your management skills.
We’ll provide support, training, and encouragement and there’s lots of great people you can learn from – but you’ll still need the energy and commitment to start building a great retail career, right from the word go. Then, in 12 months time, you could be ready to run your own department, whether that’s Grocery, Bakery, Fresh Produce, or a non-food area like Clothing.
