Programme Structure (Four Weeks)

Week 1 — Foundations, AI Skills and Setup

Meet your cohort, explore AI tools, learn modern work skills, understand the challenge and start early discovery.
Outcome: You know your team, your tools and your project.

Week 2 — Sprint: Part One

Use AI to research the problem, gather insights, analyse customer needs and turn early ideas into concepts.
Outcome: A clear direction and early prototypes.

Week 3 — Sprint: Part Two

Use AI to accelerate your work, test assumptions, refine your ideas and prepare a near final deliverable.
Outcome: A project you can confidently present.

Week 4 — Showcase and Next Steps

Present your work, get feedback from facilitators and mentors, learn how to talk about your process and understand your next steps.
Outcome: A portfolio ready project and clear confidence in your skills.
