What will the apprentice be doing?

Based at our Daventry Plant you will be part of a gold Kitemark awarded Apprenticeship scheme, learning how Engineers & Technicians support the manufacture of High Horsepower engines throughout the business that are used in a number of different applications.

You will have the opportunity to rotate around a variety of key business functions. These include Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Health & Safety and Facilities.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• HNC in Manufacturing Engineering
• HND – Top up in Engineering
• B Eng Hons in Engineering
• 6 x Level 2 Foundation Competencies – Delivered by WCG
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours as defined by the standard
• End Point Assessment

Annual wage - £21,000.00

Working week - Monday to Friday – hours to be determined upon appointment depending on the area.

Total hours per week: 37.5

Expected duration - 4 Years
