Quality & Compliance Co-ordinator

Home based role Help strengthen our Teams as our Quality and Compliance Coordinator. Home based/fully remote role.

Exciting chance to come aboard as our Quality and Compliance Coordinator provide administrative and technical support to the Service Management workstream, using your blended knowledge of ITIL, quality and documentation standards.

The position's purpose is to establish governance at Capita to verify the efficiency of all Service Desk & Service Management Operational Processes (like ITIL processes including MIM, Change, Problem, Incident, Capacity, etc.), and to maintain necessary documentation and perform improvement reviews as mandated by the Audit Team within risk parameters.  

Furthermore, this position will also facilitate support for internal audits as instructed by the Audit team within Risk, to verify that all principal services are compliant with ISO standards, thereby preserving our adherence to both the ISO benchmarks and ITIL framework.

We are looking to attract someone with good ITIL knowledge and experience in managing operational standards in line with overall business policies. Service Management processes play a key role in ISO9001 and ISO20000 so it is critical we maintain them to the standards required and be prepared for external audits.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

-Maintaining logs, indexes, files, computer databases and other records pertaining to compliance requirements.

-Collecting data from internal and external audits and quality improvement programs.

-Maintaining files of communications and reference materials relating to past and upcoming audits.

-Maintaining and disseminating documentation and reports pertaining to quality and compliance issues, procedures, processes and methodologies.

-Providing technical expertise on internal processes, undertaking regular analysis of quality errors to identify trends and bridge gaps.

-Co-ordinating with other departments or functions to progress Service Improvement Plans.

What we're looking for:

-Experience in quality and compliance

-ITIL Foundation Certified or equivalent experience

-Good understanding of ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 standards

-Experience in managing a document library and version control of processes'

-Ideally have authored policies and procedures

-Able to use Microsoft packages, IT systems, and search and provide information to stakeholders and other partners /teams.

-Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills

-Task oriented, responsible for their individual performance targets and contribution to team performance targets, ensuring they are doing the right thing at the right time for the customer.

-Strong emotional intelligence

-Highly motivated and can deal with challenging KPI's.

-Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

-Motivation to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
