Office Support Apprentice

Glow Homes Letting & Sales are on the lookout for a motivated and organised individual to join our friendly team as an Office Support Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy office environment while working towards a nationally recognised SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications.

Responsibilities: 

  • Working in the business support team as first response, logging issues on the help desk, and escalating queries to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Become a systems expert on the CRM system - REX to manage client information for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring all details and interactions are accurately recorded.
  • Upload property listings for potential interest, arrange viewings and diarise these through REX
  • Using Sharepoint collaboratively to access contracts and documents from buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants ensuring version control and compliance.
  • Drafting tenancy agreements, notices, and formal letters using Microsoft Word with approved templates.
  • Maintain and monitor rent accounts using Microsoft Excel, tracking payments, deposits, and arrears.
  • Use DocuSign to send and track for electronic signature, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
  • Communicate with clients and team members via Outlook, scheduling viewings, meetings, and managing email correspondence.

  • Basic customer service skills.
  • A presentable and well-mannered appearance.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • The ability to use common sense and show initiative.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 9am - 5pm (no weekends!)

Salary: £17,500 - £20,500 per annum.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
