Overview:

We are looking for an outgoing, creative and social savvy individual to join our team. This role will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, from social media and content creation to campaign support and customer engagement. You’ll be working closely with different teams, supporting day-to-day marketing activities, and helping to bring new ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Content & social media: Scheduling and publishing content across social platforms, creating engaging content including images, videos, and captions, briefing social assets to the design team and supporting the creation of video content.
  • Campaigns & promotions: Supporting email marketing campaigns, assisting with promotional setup and sending promotional activity to relevant teams and briefing in design assets for promotional campaigns.
  • Customer engagement: Replying to and interacting with customers daily across platforms, downloading and sharing user-generated content and videos and liaising with the customer service team on queries.
  • Influencer & outreach: Researching and outreaching to influencers and building and maintaining influencer lists for collaborations.
  • Marketing support & coordination: Assisting with updates to the marketing calendar, helping implement new ideas to the marketing strategy, liaising between internal teams to support smooth campaign delivery and supporting ad hoc marketing tasks as required.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week.
