By joining us as a Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Apprentice, you’ll help make change a reality across Network Rail and will be contributing towards our sustainability goals of the future.
Throughout this 24-30 month scheme, you’ll be mentored and guided by the Safety & Sustainability team who will empower you to grow and develop through a blend of study and on-the-job learning.

What you'll be doing
In this scheme you will have the opportunity to work across various parts of the safety and sustainability team giving you the chance to widen your skillset and excel in your field.
The apprenticeship, along with on-the-job learning at Network Rail will give you varied knowledge of corporate responsibility, safety, and sustainability practice. Once you complete the Level 4 qualification, you can use your knowledge to become a fully skilled professional with transferable skills and could lead to exciting career opportunities.
Who you are matters
We’re looking for driven go-getters with the ability to communicate with people of all levels, with a keen interest in the environment and its sustainability. You should be comfortable working as a team, able to adapt to different situations and can approach problems in a creative way.
Applicants will need 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade 4/C or above including English and Math.
