We have a fantastic opportunity for you to grow your management skills. This role is at the heart of the operation of our centre, ensuring we deliver excellent services to our customers and that we run a safe and clean shift.

Reporting to the General Manager of your centre you will need an ambitious streak and a willingness to learn and mature on the job. Experience of working in the leisure sector is an advantage.

When working at a swimming pool, the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification will be needed.

Your duties and responsibilities:

Entry requirements

We’re looking for people who can deliver great experiences and delight customers. You’ll have the following skills, qualities and experience:

You may also have experience with:
