Learning Coordinator

Capita Learning are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Coordinator to join the Birmingham team.

We are seeking a confident, customer oriented individual to facilitate and arrange the delivery of training needs for all client sites across the UK.

This is a Birmingham based, hybrid role. What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the resolution of operational customer service issues within SLA's
  • Proactively building a relationship with key customer contacts to build rapport
  • Plan and book external training suppliers to deliver any requested training, including mandatory compliance training for Health and Safety areas to ensure that licenses are always valid.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to provide the client with competitive quotes and training outlines for all requested training.
  • Reconciliation of invoicing and shopping carts to ensure cost centres are charged accurately.
  • Maintain training records of associates who attend your training, in the client's Learning Management System.

What we're looking for:

  • Good understanding of different technologies, including telephony.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation.
  • Competent use of Microsoft office packages.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Excel to create Pivot tables, V Look ups and manipulate large data files, to create high level summary reports for the client.
  • Competent use of PowerBI.
