Lead Business Change Manager - Transition, Implementation And Early Life Support

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our growing team.

The Lead Business Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of business change initiatives across the organisation, developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and that the change is successfully implemented.

Furthermore this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the transition from legacy systems and/or ways of working to new systems or processes. This role involves meticulous planning, risk management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition, cutover and Early Life Support with minimal disruption to business operations.

This is a home based role, with occasional client travel as required. What you'll be doing :

  •  Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the Transition, Cutover and Early Life Support phases.
  • Identify potential risks and issues associated with Transition, Cutover anEarly Life Support.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks.
  • Monitor and manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
  • Allocate and manage resources required to support Transition, Cutover and Early Life Support.
  • Work with matrixed teams to ensure that all testing and validation activities are completed before and during the appropriate phase.
  • Analyse activities and outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvements in future rollouts.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition, Cutover and Early Life Support strategy
  • Develop detailed Transition, Cutover and Early Life Support plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  •    - Oversee the execution of the Transition, Cutover and Early Life Support plans, ensuring all tasks are completed as scheduled.

  • Experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
