Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment, supporting users with their technical issues and learning from experienced professionals.
You will be the first point of contact for technical support. You'll learn how to troubleshoot hardware and software problems, log incidents, and escalate issues when necessary. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will work towards a nationally recognized qualification and develop key skills to launch your career in IT support.

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:
