IT Helpdesk Technician Apprentice

The successful candidate will provide technical support to staff, often by phone or helpdesk portal.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide technical assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve issues
  • Install or change software
  • Remotely access hardware or software
  • Follow up with customers
  • Communicate customer feedback
  • Deployment of new hardware will be regularly tasked. This will be in the form of windows laptops, iPads, and iPhones. Activity in project work will also be required to assist the process.

Salary: 
Your salary will range from £16,000 - £18,000 per annum, which can go up to £24,000 per annum.

Working week: 
8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday / 39hrs a week.
